St Patrick is (I'm sure there is no need to tell you) the Patron St of Ireland. Famed with bring Christianity to Ireland in the 5th Century, he grew up a son of a Roman-Briton clergyman but was snatched when he was 16 by Irish raiders who enslaved him. He escaped some years later and joined the church (like his father) and after receiving visions from God returned to Ireland to convert it's inhabitants.

This tea towel gives a brief account of the life of St Patrick as well as illustrations of places in Ireland which are important in his story.

Brightly decorated and framed with Celtic swirls. Made from 100% pure Irish Linen.
